What does a weather-tight shell include?
The structural frame, roof and waterproofing, exterior walls and cladding, premium windows and doors, plus on-site supervision. Your local team can complete the interior.
How are mountain conditions addressed?
Each project combines Finnish glulam technology with U.S. engineering for heavy snow loads, seismic zones, large temperature swings, and rugged terrain.
When is pricing finalized?
During permitting and fixed pricing, NORD provides a fixed package price for the prefabricated structure and a precise construction estimate before work begins.
